Join us for a transformative half-day retreat that weaves together yoga, cold exposure, and community. The Ice & Yoga Journey is a powerful invitation to reconnect—with yourself. We’ll guide you through a yoga practice, breathwork session, cold immersion, and mindful integration.
A space to move inward, to meet challenge with softness, and to find your rhythm between effort and ease.
Please bring warm, cozy clothes for after the plunge (we recommend easy slip-on shoes like UGG-style boots, thick socks, loose pants, warm layers, a hat, and gloves), along with your yoga clothes, towel, swimwear, and a water bottle.
