Our first Winter Hideaway Retreat in Val Müstair has come to a close, shaped by stillness, warmth, and new friendships.We slept in one of the oldest hotels in Switzerland, where history, simplicity, and attentive service invited us to truly slow down.At Ice and Yoga, we prioritise unique locations, thoughtful hospitality, and carefully curated programmes that come together to create unforgettable retreat experiences. Our days unfolded through yoga & meditation, breath, and sound, while candlelight walks through the dark led us to the yoga shala.Held by the valley and its winter landscapes, we embraced the contrast of warmth and cold, including sauna sessions and moments in the icy river that awakened body and mind.Between tradition, nature, and shared silence, connections formed effortlessly, leaving us grounded, open, and deeply nourished.Thank you to everyone who made this Retreat unforgettable. Our hearts are full, our bodies relaxed, our minds calm: After the most magical start into 2026 with our first ever Winter Hideaway Retreat in Val Müstair.We couldn‘t have wished for a better group of beautiful people. The delicious food, prepared with the best ingredients out of the valley and made with attention to detail and love by the talented chef Oliver. The unique experience of staying at historic Chasa Chalavaina @chasa.chalavaina , run by the wonderful Isolde, and the mesmerising landscapes made this retreat incredibly special.Enjoy impressions of the retreat: From daily yoga, ice baths, sauna, visiting Tessanda, the oldest still active hand-weaving mill in Switzerland, to a guided hike by a local to experience the magic of the valley.Thank you to everyone who made this retreat unforgettable. 🤍

Our first “Schoggi Chränzli” was a warm and soulful beginning to the Advent season. An afternoon where community, hot chocolate, and slow enjoyment came together.In collaboration with Garçoa Chocolate, we served rich hot chocolate, led a cacao tasting session and organised a lovely gathering complete with homemade sweet treats, meaningful connections and a relaxed atmosphere.We were also delighted to present a small exhibition showcasing our very first Ice & Yoga retreat in Lithuania, giving everyone a glimpse into the atmosphere, memories, and magic of that special experience.Thank you to everyone who joined us! Depending on the season, her hands return filled with surprises: tender leaves in spring, golden blossom in summer and blushing berries in autumn. Every now and then, she offers me something: „Try this“, she says, handing me a flower or leaf, which I happily pop into my mouth. Corinne is a culinary artist. Fermented, preserved, and transformed into nourishing meals that taste like the season itself and make you appreciate every bite you take. Greta is a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, a physiotherapist and holds a Master's Degree in Health Sciences.

In her work, she observed that many physical problems stem from psychological tension and stress. When she discovered the Wim Hof Method, she found it to be a powerful tool for stress management and psychological control, helping to reduce pain, injury and illness. Her holistic approach increases body awareness, leading to improved physical and emotional wellbeing, greater strength and overall happiness for her clients.

Her journey with body movement began in childhood as a competitive rhythmic gymnast, a passion she deeply loved. In 2017, after a personal loss, she found solace in yoga. Since then, she has completed over 750 hours of Yoga Alliance training and is now an RYT-500h certified teacher.

She is inspired by the way yoga connects the mind and body and hopes to help others explore this as well. Whether someone is a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, she is dedicated to finding the right class for them. Her goal is to create a joyful, transformative space where individuals can discover their potential. No matter where they are on their yoga journey, she is there to support them.

I have always loved the feeling after a good yoga session and the invigorating sensation of a dip in icy water. These experiences bring me immense joy and satisfaction.

My journey began with a degree in Hotel Management in Lucerne, Switzerland. For many years, I worked as an event manager, organizing a wide range of events and attending many retreats myself.

This year, I also started as a "safe-space" holder at Keen Wellbeing, where I help participants get into the ice bath. Combining my personal passions with my professional expertise, I am dedicated to creating unforgettable retreats.

Using my background in hospitality and event management, I design experiences that leave participants feeling recharged and inspired.

It gives me great joy to see people happy and fulfilled, whether it's after an invigorating ice bath or a delicious meal.
