Description:

Join us for a refreshing spring morning with Ice and Yoga and in Collaboration with Casa St.Moritz. A half-day experience that blends yoga, cold immersion, and community. A powerful invitation to reconnect with yourself as the season blooms.

We’ll guide you through a yoga practice, breathwork, a revitalizing cold plunge, and mindful integration. A space to move inward, meet challenge with softness, and find your rhythm between effort and ease. All while welcoming the energy of spring.

What Awaits You:

Grounding Yoga Flow
We start at 08:30 on the Rentenwiese with a 75-minute yoga session to stretch, awaken, and energize your body — getting your mind ready for a refreshing cold plunge. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in.

Guided Cold Plunge
After yoga, we’ll take a 2-3 minute plunge together into Lake Zurich! Supported by breathwork and gentle encouragement, you’ll experience the invigorating boost and joyful clarity that come from meeting the cold with presence.

Integration, Nourishment & Community
Around 10:30, we walk together to the Pop-Up Casa St. Moritz to wind down in good company with matcha or coffee from Rosa Mammut — a perfect way to celebrate the morning and connect in community.

We will share the exact location on the Rentenwiese with you shortly before the event, which will only take place in good weather.

Why This Journey?

  • Wake up your body and mind, and recharge with spring energy
  • Grow inner resilience while having fun and moving with purpose
  • Feel the invigorating joy of a cold plunge
  • Breathe deeply, flow freely, and savor the moment
  • Celebrate the morning together in community, warmth, and connection

What to Bring

Please bring your own yoga mat, along with comfortable clothes for the practice, a towel, swimwear, and a water bottle. After the plunge, you’ll want warm, cozy layers — to stay comfortable and enjoy the post-plunge relaxation.

Born in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, she lived and worked in Berlin for several years. It is a holistic journey, a gateway to self-awareness and inner growth. It is not only a physical experience; the practice goes beyond the mat and invites practitioners to cultivate a more conscious way of living.

With international teaching experience, she teaches in English.

Fortesa

Retreat Chef

My name is Fortesa and I have been passionate about cooking ever since I was four years old. Rather than rigidly following recipes or set menus, I embrace a creative and intuitive approach in the kitchen. I enjoy experimenting, so each dish has a touch of spontaneity, but I also value simplicity and like to highlight the natural quality of the ingredients.

I adapt my cooking according to the season, the weather and my guests' preferences, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience. Above all, I cook with great passion and care, and spices are an essential part of my cuisine.

I look forward to welcoming you to Albania, where you may even have the opportunity to join me in the kitchen!

Nives

Eventmanager and Founder of Ice and Yoga Retreats

I have always loved the feeling after a good yoga session and the invigorating sensation of a dip in icy water. These experiences bring me immense joy and satisfaction.

My journey began with a degree in Hotel Management in Lucerne, Switzerland. For many years, I worked as an event manager, organizing a wide range of events and attending many retreats myself.

This year, I also started as a "safe-space" holder at Keen Wellbeing, where I help participants get into the ice bath. Combining my personal passions with my professional expertise, I am dedicated to creating unforgettable retreats.

Using my background in hospitality and event management, I design experiences that leave participants feeling recharged and inspired.

It gives me great joy to see people happy and fulfilled, whether it's after an invigorating ice bath or a delicious meal.
I can't wait to meet you! Love, Nives
