We’re passionate about combining yoga, cold exposure, and heartfelt hospitality and we’ve found the perfect setting in the untouched wilderness of Lithuania. Deep in a quiet forest, surrounded by a still lake and nothing but nature, we’ve created a retreat space where time slows down and the outside world gently fades away.
Our retreat is located in a secluded sanctuary surrounded by tall trees and a lake. There are no busy roads, no distractions just the whisper of the wind through the forest and the grounding presence of the earth beneath your feet.
Here, you can truly unwind, reconnect with yourself, and immerse in an unforgettable experience shaped by simplicity and nature.
This retreat is for you if you’re ready to step into a harmonious rhythm of yoga practice, cold plunges in the (frozen) lake, and warming sauna sessions. You’ll breathe in the fresh woodland air, awaken your senses with the clarity of cold water, and soften into stillness as nature holds you.
Each day invites reflection and renewal. Journal your thoughts by the water, share meaningful conversations by open fireplace, and rediscover what it feels like to move and rest in tune with natural cycles. The scent of the forest, nourishing home-cooked meals, and laughter shared around the table create a sense of warmth and belonging that lingers long after the retreat ends.
Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, allowing you to fully surrender to being cared for, inspired, and deeply restored by the quiet magic of the Lithuanian forest.
Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra.
Both inexperienced and experienced yogis are welcome. As long as your're open to learning and adapting every level is welcome.
No experience is necessary. However, it would be an advantage to get used to the cold before the retreat. Perhaps you can get used to it by taking a cold shower now and then?
We have planned a guided cold plunge for two afternoons.
We prepared a packing list for you:
Experience shows that people tend to pack too much. So, travel light 😊 The dress code is casual - comfy anyway.
Yoga and ice baths can be mentally as well as physically challenging, so it's important to be in good physical and mental shape before you start the retreat. If you have any health conditions or injuries, it's important to let the retreat organisers know in advance so that they can make suggestions or alternatives for you if you need them. Cardiovascular Health: Ice baths can put a strain on the cardiovascular system, especially if you have underlying heart conditions. If you have any concerns about your heart health, it's important to speak to your doctor before taking part. Ultimately, the most important thing is to listen to your body during the retreat. If something feels too challenging or uncomfortable, it's okay to take a step back or ask for modifications. The goal is to have a positive and relaxing experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and energised.
Enjoy the full experience without worrying about extra charges. With us, all drinks and meals home-made prepared from our chef's are included in your package.
We don't think alcohol fits with our concept, so we won't be serving it.
Please complete the 'Booking Request' form. Once we have received your enquiry, we will send you a confirmation email and an invoice for the retreat.
Can't pay the deposit all at once? No problem! Just get in touch and we'll work out a payment plan that suits you.

We will pick you up in the afternoon (between 15:00-15:30) from Vilnius city centre to the retreat. The exact meeting point will be announced. The journey from and to the retreat will take approximately 1.5 hours. Way back: The pick-up will be around 11:00 and will bring you back to the city centre. Please plan your flights accordingly to the pick up times! We can arrange a taxi for you outside of these times at an additional cost of approximately EUR 250 each way.
Airport transfer to Vilnius city centre? Get in touch with us.
The airport is only 15 minutes away from the meeting point in the city centre of Vilnius. All participants are asked to arrange their own transport to the meeting point where we will all meet for the transfer to the retreat site.
We're here to help! If you don't have a connection to Vilnius on Tuesday and need to fly in one night earlier, we'd love to give you some recommendations for hotels, restaurants and places to visit. Vilnius is an interesting city to explore! We will also be happy to put you in touch with other participants who are staying the night in Vilnius.
The flight: Travelling from abroad to Vilnius and the transport from the airport to the meeting point is not included and is the responsibility of the participant. Same on the departure day. We'd recommend getting a Bolt from Vilnius Airport, which is really simple and 100% affordable.
Insurence: It's the participant's responsibility to make sure they have the right insurance. We suggest that participants get travel cancellation insurance and health and accident insurance.
