We're passionate about combining yoga, cold exposure and hospitality, and we found the perfect spot in the serene beauty of Val Müstair. A hidden valley in the Alps where rivers weave through forests and mountains embrace the sky. Our retreat takes place in a lovingly restored historic hotel, set in a remote and culturally fascinating village that invites you to slow down and step into another rhythm of life.
Here, you can unwind, reconnect with yourself, and simply enjoy an unforgettable experience.
This retreat is for you if you’re ready to immerse yourself in a harmonious blend of yoga practice, ice baths and sauna sessions. You are surrounded by the crisp mountain air and the gentle flow of alpine rivers, as well as the healing sounds of nature.
Every day offers an opportunity for reflection and renewal. Journal your thoughts and engage in meaningful conversations with like-minded souls. The aroma of home-cooked meals, the laughter around the table, and the peace of this secluded valley will nourish your body and soul.
No detail has been overlooked, so treat yourself to some time to be cared for, inspired, and deeply renewed by the magic of Val Müstair.
Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra.
Both inexperienced and experienced yogis are welcome. As long as your're open to learning and adapting every level is welcome.
No experience is necessary. However, it would be an advantage to get used to the cold before the retreat. Perhaps you can get used to it by taking a cold shower now and then?
We have planned a guided cold plunge for two afternoons.
We prepared a packing list for you:
Experience shows that people tend to pack too much. So, travel light 😊 The dress code is casual - comfy anyway.
Yoga and ice baths can be mentally as well as physically challenging, so it's important to be in good physical and mental shape before you start the retreat. If you have any health conditions or injuries, it's important to let the retreat organisers know in advance so that they can make suggestions or alternatives for you if you need them. Cardiovascular Health: Ice baths can put a strain on the cardiovascular system, especially if you have underlying heart conditions. If you have any concerns about your heart health, it's important to speak to your doctor before taking part. Ultimately, the most important thing is to listen to your body during the retreat. If something feels too challenging or uncomfortable, it's okay to take a step back or ask for modifications. The goal is to have a positive and relaxing experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and energised.
Enjoy the full experience without worrying about extra charges. With us, all drinks and meals home-made prepared from our chef's are included in your package.
We don't think alcohol fits with our concept, so we won't be serving it.

Airport transfer to Vilnius city centre? Check out next FAQ.
The airport is only 15 minutes away from the meeting point in the city centre of Vilnius. All participants are asked to arrange their own transport to the meeting point where we will all meet for the transfer to the retreat site.
We're here to help! If you don't have a connection to Vilnius on Tuesday and need to fly in one night earlier, we'd love to give you some recommendations for hotels, restaurants and places to visit. Vilnius is an interesting city to explore! We will also be happy to put you in touch with other participants who are staying the night in Vilnius.
The flight: Travelling from abroad to Vilnius and the transport from the airport to the meeting point is not included and is the responsibility of the participant. Same on the departure day. We'd recommend getting a Bolt from Vilnius Airport, which is really simple and 100% affordable.
Insurence: It's the participant's responsibility to make sure they have the right insurance. We suggest that participants get travel cancellation insurance and health and accident insurance.
